Antonia Lofaso
The menu that is served by Chef Antonia is an invitation for visitors to explore their inner recesses. She became interested in food following her move from suburbs of Long Island to the diverse cultures in Los Angeles. Carnitas, cavatelli and many other dishes can all coexist within a menu. It's a continuously developing taste. The only thing that remains is her unique idea of the future and still wishing to reminisce about the past. Scopa Italian Roots was opened in 2013 by Lofaso, who is inspired from her Italian American tradition. It was met with an enthusiastic welcome. Lofaso's interpretation of old-school Italian has been hailed as one of the best restaurants for Italian culinary delights in Los Angeles. Customers describe Scopa as an important neighborhood staple where Lofaso consistently serves meals that are authentic and undeniably satiating. Lofaso was a trainee to chefs, learning their practices and taking chances. She didn't hesitate to take risks to pursue her instincts. She swiftly rose up the ranks at Wolfgang Puck's Spago before going on to make a difference in the kitchens of famous chefs in Los Angeles while working closely with numerous celebrities. Lofaso and Sal Aurora partnered in 2011 in order to establish Black Market Liquor Bar Studio City. In Black Market and the business partnerships she formed Lofaso found her location. Lofaso found the opportunity in her work to pursue the creativity she wanted through the collaboration. Black Market has no one idea in its head and that's the way it goes. An appetizer could be served by serving dill potato chips or shishito peppers followed by a lobster roll Korean wings and a series of meatballs. Antonia serves as the center of this menu. Her success is measured by her capacity to stay self-assured while knowing her viewers. Her memorable performances during Top Chef Chicago and Top Chef: All Stars showcased her distinctiveness in the kitchen. Her talents continue to shine in front of cameras as panelist on CNBC's Restaurant Startup and in regular roles in Food Network's Cutthroat Kitchen Man vs. Child and ABC's Real O'neals. In 2012 Lofaso was a part of Penguin to launch The Busy Mom's Cookbook 100 recipes for quick Delicious homemade Meals as well as telling the tale of the difficulties she had to overcome while attending the world-class French Culinary Institute, and while raising her daughter Xea. Lofaso says that the passion that drives her success is rooted in the kitchen and it is in this way that she keeps her unwavering fingers on the pulse. Chefletics, her new brand, is revolutionizing the look of chefwear through combining design with functionality. What's important to Lofaso is sticking to your concept. With this goal, she has launched Antonia Lofaso Catering, which provides a more personalized method of providing customers with an experience that is uniquely personal.
