
After achieving scientific maturity at the Giacomo Ulivi High School in Parma she attended the fashion program at Istituto Europeo di Design Milan for a year, before finishing her studies. In 2008, Benedetta Mazza was noticed by the Miss Italia regional selector, who urged her to compete in the beauty contest. She was then voted Miss Liceo Parma Miss Cinema Emilia Romagna Miss Emilia and Miss Parma. After the contest, she poses for Just Simpa's charity calendar to raise money for the Associazione Volontari dell'Ospedale dei Bambini, and gets a small part in Federico Moccia's film Amore 14. Between 7 September 2009 to 11 June 2011, she's one of four "professors" in the television show L'eredita. Alongside her are Enrica Pintore, Cristina Buccino and Serena Gualinetti. In 2010, she was the godmother to the Women's Six Nations Championship tournament. She also participates in an episode on Identity as an unidentified character. In 2012, she appeared in Intimita's fashion section. In an episode on I Cesaroni she played Chantal she was the assistant to Rocco Sanfredi. Gulp Girl was her television show on Rai Gulp. She also hosted it from November 2012 through February 2016, and hosted two prime-time specials for Zecchino di Oro's spring Zecchino d'Oro's March 19 Festa Del Papa and May 13's Festa della Mamma.
